Privacy Policy

What We Collect

IgniteThread collects minimal data to provide our service:

• IP Address: Used solely for rate limiting (1 free thread per day). Not used for tracking or analytics.
• Payment Information: Processed securely through Stripe. We never see or store your credit card details.
• Thread Content: Your generated threads are stored temporarily on our servers to enable payment and delivery. We do NOT store your input ideas.

What We Don't Do

• We don't track you across the web
• We don't sell your data to third parties
• We don't store your ideas or inputs
• We don't require signup or accounts
• We don't use cookies for advertising

Data Retention

Generated threads are stored for 90 days after purchase to allow you to access them. After that, they're automatically deleted.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• OpenAI: For thread generation. Your ideas are sent to OpenAI but not stored by them.
• Stripe: For payment processing. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase: For database hosting. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.

Your Rights

You have the right to request deletion of any data we have about you. Contact us at hello@ignitethread.com.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date.
