By using IgniteThread, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
What You Get
- Free Tier: 1 free AI-generated Twitter thread per day (resets at midnight UTC)
- Paid Threads: $0.90 per thread after your free daily thread is used
- Thread Quality: Each thread contains 4-7 tweets, optimized for engagement
- Access: You can access your purchased threads for 90 days after purchase
What We Expect From You
- Don't use the service for illegal, harmful, or abusive content
- Don't try to reverse-engineer or abuse the service
- Don't use automation tools to bypass rate limits
- You're responsible for what you post on Twitter/X using our threads
- Don't resell or redistribute our service without permission
Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We offer refunds within 24 hours if:
- The thread failed to generate properly
- You were charged incorrectly
- The thread quality was significantly below expectations
To request a refund, email us at hello@ignitethread.com within 24 hours of purchase.
Content Ownership
You own the threads we generate for you. Once purchased, you can use them however you like:
- Post on Twitter/X
- Edit and modify as you see fit
- Use for personal or commercial purposes
We don't claim any ownership over your generated content. However, we can't guarantee uniqueness—AI may generate similar content for different users.
AI Limitations
IgniteThread uses AI (OpenAI's GPT models) to generate threads. While we strive for quality:
- AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or nonsensical
- We don't guarantee viral success or specific engagement metrics
- You should review and edit threads before posting
- AI may not capture your exact voice or style perfectly
Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime, but we can't guarantee the service will always be available. We're not liable for:
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Data loss (though we take precautions)
- Issues caused by third-party services (OpenAI, Stripe, etc.)
Limitation of Liability
IgniteThread is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We're not responsible for how you use the generated threads
- We're not liable for any damages from using (or inability to use) the service
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (i.e., $0.90 per thread)
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new terms.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to IgniteThread if you violate these terms or use the service inappropriately.
